On the product page for each template, we list out the programs that may be used to edit each product.
As our products are digitally distributed, unfortunately we don’t offer refunds after you make your purchase. Please make sure you review the product descriptions and software requirements before you make your purchase.
If you are having trouble with your software, we recommend reaching out to Adobe or Canva directly. If you believe there is something is missing from your product or is not as described, please let us know at email@example.com.
We’ve got you covered with step-by-step video tutorials that you’ll gain access to following purchase. We include options to use a few different design programs, and recommend using the software that you are most familiar with. If you have never used design software before, we suggest using Canva.
Please note that our products are intended for DIYers, and as such, you’ll need to spend some time getting familiar with the software to get the best results. For one-on-one support and design assistance it may be best to work directly with a designer.
You may modify and sell our templates as an end product (e.g. a paid ebook), but not as a template. Please view our design template licence for more information about what you can and cannot do with our templates.
You’ll receive a PDF download following purchase that includes a link to your template and some important instructions for accessing your purchases.
Unfortunately not, we’ve created these products to be compatible with select Adobe software and/or Canva software, so you likely won’t be able to open and edit it with another program. Please refer to the product page to determine the software you’ll need to edit it.
Adobe Photoshop and InDesign are professional design programs that allow you to create and edit designs. You can download a free trial of either or both programs here or purchase a subscription via the Adobe website here.
Canva is an online web and mobile application which you can use to create and edit graphics. You can create a free Canva account online here. Canva’s basic software is free to use, while some of their more advanced features require a paid monthly subscription.
If you are new to design software, like with anything new, you’ll need to learn the basics of the software and how to use it. While InDesign and Photoshop are robust in their features, many people who are new to design find Canva faster to pick up and easier to use.
Both programs will allow you to customise our design templates however you like, so choose the software you feel most comfortable with!
We’ve used a mix of free and licensed stock photos in our templates. When you purchase a product from our store, we’ll include a PDF with links to the sites where you can download and/or licence the photos you’d like to use.
We’ve used free fonts for all of our templates. You’ll find the font names and the links required to download them in the ‘Font Information’ PDF that will be included in the files you’re sent following purchase.
